Hello!

If you’ve arrived here looking for Eudaimonic Therapy and Coaching, welcome. You’re in the right place. I now provide my services through the my new practice, the Workplace Wellbeing Consultancy.

My name is Belinda Joseph-Pirame, and I am a fully qualified UKCP, BACP, and EMCC registered Psychotherapist, Executive Coach, and Consultant. With 25 years of experience of helping clients within private, public, and charitable sectors, including 12 years of personal experience in leadership, I am deeply passionate about empowering people and organisations to thrive.

I enable small and medium-sized organisations to create workplace wellbeing strategies that drive business success and help people thrive, creating healthier, happier, and more resilient workplaces. While I mainly offer consultancy to organisations, I also offer integrated coaching to a small number of individual leaders and professionals.

At the Workplace Wellbeing Consultancy I work with organisations across London, Surrey, Kent, Essex, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and the South East to create healthier, more resilient workplaces.

I am passionate about enabling organisations to:

  • Understand and address workplace stress, burnout and pressure
  • Reduce sickness absence by identifying the factors affecting employee wellbeing
  • Improve employee engagement, morale and connection
  • Support leaders and managers to confidently navigate wellbeing challenges
  • Strengthen communication, relationships and team dynamics
  • Create psychologically safe workplaces where people feel valued and able to contribute
  • Support employees through periods of change, uncertainty and increased pressure
  • Build healthier workplace cultures that support both people and performance
  • Develop evidence-informed wellbeing strategies aligned with organisational goals
  • Create sustainable approaches to wellbeing rather than relying on reactive initiatives

The Workplace Wellbeing Crisis

Recent UK research shows that organisations of all sizes — from micro‑businesses to large corporates — face significant challenges in supporting employee wellbeing. According to the CIPD’s Health and Wellbeing at Work report, over 70% of UK organisations cite stress, workload pressure, and mental health as their top wellbeing concerns, yet many struggle to resource wellbeing effectively. Smaller organisations often lack dedicated HR capacity, while larger organisations report difficulties embedding wellbeing strategies consistently across teams and departments. Additionally, 27% of SMEs and 47% of micro‑businesses have no designated wellbeing budget, and even in larger organisations, wellbeing initiatives are frequently under‑funded or reactive rather than strategic.

I work with employers across sectors and organisational sizes to gather, evaluate, and interpret employee wellbeing data to understand the current state of their workforce. These insights help shape practical, evidence‑informed strategies that strengthen healthy work culture, wellbeing, and productivity. This approach enables organisations to measure how their people feel and function at work, identify areas of risk, and create conditions where meaning, purpose, and wellbeing can grow at every level.

The workplace wellbeing consultancy work I offer is suitable for:

  • Micro‑businesses and SMEs seeking structured, affordable wellbeing support
  • Large organisations and corporates wanting specialist expertise without expanding internal teams
  • Public sector bodies, including local authorities, NHS teams, and education settings
  • Charities and non‑profits navigating high demand with limited resources
  • Professional services, finance, tech, and other high‑performance environments where burnout risk is elevated

Potential Benefits for Organisations

There can be considerable benefits from this kind of consultancy offering which include:

  • Clear insight into workforce wellbeing and risk
  • Evidence‑based recommendations for culture and workload
  • Reduced stress‑related absence and burnout
  • Improved engagement, retention, and productivity
  • Stronger leadership capability and team functioning
  • A practical, measurable wellbeing strategy.

Workplace Wellbeing Consultancy

Over a decade ago, I noticed a growing number of clients seeking my help with work-related issues. Often, professionals, including those in leadership, were wrestling with chronic stress, burnout, anxiety, lack of clarity, and relational issues, toxic work culture and workplace bullying, etc. They felt their places of work didn’t recognise — or even contributed to — the challenges they faced.

It seemed clear that a humancentric consultation framework could help, (one that included a hybrid coaching model or alternated between psychotherapy and coaching) to alleviate this. I set about moving towards delivering consultation work and coaching with wellbeing at its centre.

Every organisation’s wellbeing journey is different. I work alongside your business as a thought partner, helping you understand your current position, identify priorities and develop an approach that supports you, your people and your organisational goals.

Integrated Coaching for Individuals

While the majority of my work involves work wit organisations, I also work with a small number of individual leaders and professionals. Between 35% and 53% of senior leaders report ongoing struggles with stress, burnout, and mental health. Additionally, 78% of professionals say personal and mental health concerns regularly impact their work performance.

To help address these challenges, I offer integrated coacing.

The integrated coaching I offer — also known as blended or therapeutic coaching — merges the goal‑focused structure of executive coaching with the restorative, awareness‑building depth of psychotherapy. This approach enables individuals to understand themselves more deeply, work through barriers, and move toward meaningful, sustainable change. It creates space for reflection while maintaining momentum, helping people feel more grounded, capable, and aligned in both their personal and professional lives.

The integrated coaching I offer is particularly suited to:

  • Senior leaders navigating high‑pressure roles
  • High‑performing professionals experiencing stress, burnout, or overwhelm
  • Individuals facing complex personal challenges that affect work
  • People seeking deeper self‑awareness alongside practical, forward‑focused change
  • Professionals in transition — e.g. stepping into leadership, returning from burnout, or redefining direction.

Benefits of Integrated Coaching

There are several benefits that can emerge from this innovative approach. For example, it can:

  • Support recovery from stress and burnout
  • Improve clarity, confidence, and decision‑making
  • Strengthen emotional regulation and resilience
  • Help individuals overcome internal barriers
  • Enhance leadership capacity and performance
  • Create sustainable personal and professional change.

Integrated Coaching

The UK’s specialist in Integrated Coaching for leaders experiencing stress, burnout and workplace challenges.

Integrated coaching — also known as therapeutic coaching or blended coaching — combines the goal‑oriented structure of coaching with the reflective, insight‑building depth of psychotherapy. This approach supports individuals with both professional performance and personal wellbeing challenges, enabling meaningful and sustainable change.

I offer integrated coaching, usually as part of a consultation package, but also to individuals seeking personal and professional support.

A strong body of meta-analytical research shows that psychotherapy works. Although psychotherapy is highly effective, stigma can still prevent some professionals from seeking therapeutic support, particularly in a workplace context. At the same time, many coaching clients bring challenges such as stress, burnout, anxiety, or self-doubt that require a deeper level of understanding than coaching alone can provide.

Integrated coaching brings these two disciplines together. It combines the structure, momentum and goal-focused nature of coaching with the psychological insight and depth of psychotherapy. This creates a safe, non-judgemental space where individuals can explore the factors that may be limiting their wellbeing, confidence or performance, while remaining focused on meaningful, practical and sustainable change.

By integrating psychological insight with performance-focused coaching, this approach helps individuals improve wellbeing, navigate challenges more effectively, enhance professional performance and create lasting personal and professional growth.

Who I Coach

I work with leaders, professionals and employees at all levels of an organisation, including those:

  • Managing demanding roles and competing priorities
  • Navigating career transitions or stepping into leadership
  • Leading teams, departments or businesses
  • Balancing increasing responsibility, complexity and pressure
  • Working in high-performance or fast-paced environments

Clients are based throughout the UK and internationally. Many seek integrated coaching to overcome the personal challenges that affect their wellbeing, confidence and effectiveness at work. These may include stress, burnout, overwhelm, anxiety, low self-confidence, imposter syndrome, perfectionism, overthinking, communication difficulties, challenging workplace relationships or a lack of clarity and direction.

Others are not in crisis but want to develop greater self-awareness, strengthen their leadership, improve decision-making, enhance professional performance, find greater fulfilment at work, and create sustainable personal and professional growth.

My Approach

Sessions are collaborative, structured, and tailored to individual needs and goals. The work provides a confidential space to explore challenges, identify what may be holding you back, and develop practical strategies for change. By combining coaching techniques with psychological insight, integrated coaching supports deeper self‑understanding while enabling considered and decisive action.

This approach is effective during periods of change, uncertainty, or increased pressure. It also provides space to reflect, reset, and develop greater self‑awareness, resilience, and confidence. Alongside goal‑focused work, sessions explore patterns, beliefs, and experiences that influence how individuals think, feel, and respond to challenges.

This deeper level of reflection supports sustainable change over time. Clients frequently report feeling clearer, more focused, and better equipped to manage pressure and navigate challenges in a healthier, more constructive way. Many continue applying the tools and insights long after coaching has ended.

Why Choose Integrated Coaching Rather Than Traditional Executive Coaching?

People’s personal and professional worlds are more merged now than they have ever been before, particularly since the pandemic. Integrated Coaching combines the goal-focused structure of coaching with the deeper insight and self-awareness offered by psychotherapy. This approach helps address not only professional challenges and performance goals, but also the underlying patterns, beliefs and experiences that may be holding you back, creating more meaningful and sustainable change.

Professionals can sometimes feel concerned that personal challenges are evident to colleagues, those they report to, or the people they lead. This can be particularly true when experiencing emotional or mental health difficulties.

As a qualified and experienced Psychotherapist and Executive Coach, I offer both psychological depth and a structured, forward-focused coaching approach – in a non-judgmental, stigma-free space. This enables meaningful personal insight alongside practical strategies for achieving professional goals and lasting change.
