Hello!

Welcome to the Workplace Wellbeing Consultancy (WWC). My name is Belinda Joseph-Pirame, and I am a fully qualified UKCP, BACP, and EMCC registered Psychotherapist, Executive Coach, and Consultant. I offer integrated coaching and workplace wellbeing consultancy to individuals and organisations, empowering them to boost professional performance and personal wellbeing.

With 25 years of experience of helping clients within private, public, and charitable sectors, including 12 years of personal experience in senior leadership, I am deeply passionate about empowering people and organisations to thrive.

Coaching and Consultancy

Between 35% and 53% of senior leaders report ongoing struggles with stress, burnout, and mental health. Additionally, 78% of professionals say personal and mental health concerns regularly impact their work performance.

To help address these challenges, I offer two core services:

Integrated Coaching

The integrated coaching I offer — also known as blended or therapeutic coaching — merges the goal‑focused structure of executive coaching with the restorative, awareness‑building depth of psychotherapy. This approach enables individuals to understand themselves more deeply, work through barriers, and move toward meaningful, sustainable change. It creates space for reflection while maintaining momentum, helping people feel more grounded, capable, and aligned in both their personal and professional lives.

The integrated coaching I offer is particularly suited to:

  • Senior leaders navigating high‑pressure roles
  • High‑performing professionals experiencing stress, burnout, or overwhelm
  • Individuals facing complex personal challenges that affect work
  • People seeking deeper self‑understanding alongside practical, forward‑focused change
  • Professionals in transition — e.g. stepping into leadership, returning from burnout, or redefining direction.

Benefits of Integrated Coaching

There are several benefits that can emerge from this innovative approach. For example, it can:

  • Support recovery from stress and burnout
  • Improve clarity, confidence, and decision‑making
  • Strengthen emotional regulation and resilience
  • Help individuals overcome internal barriers
  • Enhance leadership capacity and performance
  • Create sustainable personal and professional change.

Workplace Wellbeing Consultancy

Recent UK research shows that organisations of all sizes — from micro‑businesses to large corporates — face significant challenges in supporting employee wellbeing. According to the CIPD’s Health and Wellbeing at Work report, over 70% of UK organisations cite stress, workload pressure, and mental health as their top wellbeing concerns, yet many struggle to resource wellbeing effectively. Smaller organisations often lack dedicated HR capacity, while larger organisations report difficulties embedding wellbeing strategies consistently across teams and departments. Additionally, 27% of SMEs and 47% of micro‑businesses have no designated wellbeing budget, and even in larger organisations, wellbeing initiatives are frequently under‑funded or reactive rather than strategic.

I work with employers across sectors and organisational sizes to gather, evaluate, and interpret employee wellbeing data to understand the current state of their workforce. These insights help shape practical, evidence‑informed strategies that strengthen healthy work culture, wellbeing, and productivity. This approach enables organisations to measure how their people feel and function at work, identify areas of risk, and create conditions where meaning, purpose, and wellbeing can grow at every level.

The workplace wellbeing consultancy work I offer is suitable for:

  • Micro‑businesses and SMEs seeking structured, affordable wellbeing support
  • Large organisations and corporates wanting specialist expertise without expanding internal teams
  • Public sector bodies, including local authorities, NHS teams, and education settings
  • Charities and non‑profits navigating high demand with limited resources
  • Professional services, finance, tech, and other high‑performance environments where burnout risk is elevated

Benefits for Organisations

There can be considerable benefits from this kind of consultancy offering which include:

  • Clear insight into workforce wellbeing and risk
  • Evidence‑based recommendations for culture and workload
  • Reduced stress‑related absence and burnout
  • Improved engagement, retention, and productivity
  • Stronger leadership capability and team functioning
  • A practical, measurable wellbeing strategy.

Why I Work In This Way

Over a decade ago, I noticed a growing number of clients seeking my help with work-related issues. Often, professionals, including those in leadership, were wrestling with chronic stress, burnout, anxiety, lack of clarity, and relational issues, toxic work culture and workplace bullying, to name only a few. They felt their places of work didn’t recognise — or even contributed to — the challenges they faced.

Having experienced some of these challenges myself, and having successfully overcome them, I was keen to help others find relief, reconnect with their purpose, and achieve greater contentment at work.

It seemed clear that a powerful hybrid – a unique blend, or alternation between psychotherapy and coaching, needed to be on offer to alleviate this. I subsequently set about moving towards delivering integrated sessions – a tailored hybrid, effective at addressing challenges in a deeper, forward focused and structured way.

Coaching

Integrated Coaching for Professionals

Integrated coaching — also known as therapeutic or blended coaching — combines the goal‑oriented structure of coaching with the reflective, insight‑building depth of psychotherapy. This approach supports individuals with both professional performance and personal wellbeing challenges, enabling meaningful and sustainable change.

Who I Coach

I work with leaders and employees across all levels of an organisation, including those:

  • managing demanding roles
  • navigating career transitions
  • leading teams or businesses
  • handling increasing responsibility and pressure
  • working in complex or high‑performance environments

Clients are based in the UK and internationally.

Many seek coaching to address internal barriers affecting their effectiveness at work. These may include stress, burnout, overwhelm, anxiety, low confidence, overthinking, imposter syndrome, communication difficulties, lack of clarity, or challenging workplace relationships. Others want support in achieving a healthier balance between professional demands and personal wellbeing.

My Approach

Sessions are collaborative, structured, and tailored to individual needs and goals. The work provides a confidential space to explore challenges, identify what may be holding you back, and develop practical strategies for change. By combining coaching techniques with psychological insight, integrated coaching supports deeper self‑understanding while enabling considered and decisive action.

This approach is effective during periods of change, uncertainty, or increased pressure. It also provides space to reflect, reset, and develop greater self‑awareness, resilience, and confidence. Alongside goal‑focused work, sessions explore patterns, beliefs, and experiences that influence how individuals think, feel, and respond to challenges.

This deeper level of reflection supports sustainable change over time. Clients frequently report feeling clearer, more focused, and better equipped to manage pressure and navigate challenges in a healthier, more constructive way. Many continue applying the tools and insights long after coaching has ended.

Why Choose Integrated Coaching Rather Than Traditional Executive Coaching?

Peoples personal and professional worlds are more merged now then they have ever been before, particularly following the height of the pandemic. Integrated coaching combines the goal-focused structure of coaching with the deeper insight and self-awareness offered by psychotherapy. This approach helps address not only professional challenges and performance goals, but also the underlying patterns, beliefs, and experiences that may be holding you back, creating more meaningful and sustainable change.

Professionals can often feel concerned that personal stumbling blocks are evident to the peers they work with, those they report to, or the people they lead. This can be particularly true when experiencing mental health or emotional difficulties.

Being qualified, trained, and experienced in offering both psychotherapy and executive coaching, clients have access to a seasoned professional with the skills to work at psychological depth, while also providing an agile results-driven, forward-focused coaching structure. This enables meaningful personal insight alongside practical strategies for achieving professional goals and lasting change.
